Idk the lady name but she sucks at her job. I missed a few appointments cause of her now I’m sitting here waiting for a ride cause she couldn’t tell me she was leaving or give me an update on the ride it’s been a hour crazy definitely changing transportation
I’ve been getting rides from Nex T, for a year now n I honestly love the workers here. Starting with the dispatch, the drivers Henry, Johnathon, John and Tamara. And a few more drivers whose names I don’t remember . Very politely and clean vans.
They were very helpful with my transaction to dialysis. Very friendly and comforting.
Not a client but witnessed a driver on 59 getting off at Rochester Road at 6:00 am this morning, apearently 70 mph on the off ramp was too slow for him, he. blew around me and the semi ahead of me recklessly , hopefully he drives better with patients in the car
