Amazing management company who manages my property as if it was their own!
I originally made a positive review, but that was 2 months ago. I forgot all about it until I got a notification that nexgen replied. Here's a more accurate review. I am a vendor based out of Shelbyville, Tennessee. I have done work with Nex Gen several months ago and haven't been paid. My company is owed $7,900 for work we have done to an apartment complex in Shelbyville. I have called, sent emails, tried to reach out every way I can. The accounting lady has my number blocked. This is the worst, just terrible. I will be back to review and edit this review … as well as, with any proof of my statements … domestic violence is a real thing and when a company tries to hinder you rather than help you with your situation thats a huge problem … might want to stay clear of this type of business, also this is just for starters what a dump/including but not limited to the brown recluse infestation problem here as well at Fabulous Trinity Lofts… they are not for the people they are only for themselves … need ... read more
One of the best companies to rent from. The staff is always willing to help and answer questions, super friendly. The move in process is super easy and they have good deal. Also they are out of the state friendly, all the process can be done online which makes it easier for military families and people that are not in town.
