I originally made a positive review, but that was 2 months ago. I forgot all about it until I got a notification that nexgen replied. Here's a more accurate review. I am a vendor based out of Shelbyville, Tennessee. I have done work with Nex Gen several months ago and haven't been paid. One of the best companies to rent from. The staff is always willing to help and answer questions, super friendly. The move in process is super easy and they have good deal. Also they are out of the state friendly, all the process can be done online which makes it easier for military families and people that are not in town.
