I would select zero stars if I could! Appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM (oil change) and was told (in writing) my car would be done by 4:00 PM. Came back at 4 and found out they hadn’t even taken my car into the shop yet. Completely unacceptable and a huge waste of my time. No communication, no accountability. Won’t be coming back.
Staff was attentive and friendly
- good at oil changes - quote for parts is overpriced - took a day and half to get a quote on maintenance - woman at front counter acted unprofessional and rude after I decided not to authorize further maintenance
