They charged me for a scissor haircut which is $18 compared to the regulation cut i received for $12 dishonest customer service
Takes about an hour per cut. Line is always full, and they rarely have more than 2 people cutting hair at a time. Expect to wait 2-4 hours for service.
I have received thousands of haircuts during my 28 yr military career. This is the worst experience to date. I visited this insulation twice, once was bad, I went back a second time to give the benefit of doubt. Wasn’t better. Customer service is horrible. I’m retired now thank goodness. I would have lost my mind back as a Command Master Chief. Our troops work hard and deserve better. Pete can you please fix this atrocity?
