Such a beautiful and refreshing environment to come to heal. The first time i didnt feel exploited for financial gain. Actually felt healing. The staff are SOOOO pleasant, helpful and compassionate !!!!!!!! Explained everything with SMILES ON THEIR FACES !!!!! This is big in NY. As a survivor of racism and systemic abuse this was one E.R. experience i will never forget because I felt seen and respected despite my race. Gratitude for all of the kindness shared with me today. Quick and efficient check in process. I interacted with multiple nurses, doctors, and staff during my visit. They were are all incredibly professional and patient. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly.

To be honest, these people are way overrated, very poor service, very incompetent. not all of them but lot of bureaucracy. No, really compassion, nor really care. The only thing they care is about charging. You high price.

Could not have been a worst 18-hour experience. Filthy facility, staff from the highest to lowest on the hierarchy who do everything they can to not make eye contact with the patients. No room checks, my roommate was in a grave condition waiting (for 3 days) for a hospital room and I had to go find staff to assist her while she was in pain, dying of thirst, etc. I came in to simply have ascites drained, as standard procedure that can be done in-office, for which my doctor had put in an order. Didn’t wait long even though it was a weekend. Organized check in and kind and efficient staff with instructions for after care and follow up. I felt trust in my care.
