Get directionsThey claim to have patient services 24 hours in the ED.. but I spoke with the AOD and she is the one that related this information to me because I called because of an issue in the ED this was about 3pm and the AOD stated one of them will reach out to my daughter. I came up to the hospital at 7 pm and no one had come to speak with my daughter concerning the matter not only that I asked to speak with her at 7pm and 8pm and Ms. Latoya Davis has yet to come speak with me or my daughter. This is horrible service.
A Hospital That Truly Saved My Life — More Than Once I honestly don’t understand how this hospital could have such a low rating. The staff misdiagnosed me when I had severe stomach ulcers and insisted I was pregnant based on my labs even though it was the stomach ulcers causing abnormalities and there was absolutely no possibility of me being pregnant. They did not right down anything I said and completely disregarded my family history even though it was extremely relevant to my case.
