El año pasado fui porque me enteré que estaba embarazada a la vez alborotando y ese ginecólogo total indolente , sin humanidad me gritaba , no me dejaba expresar sin sentimientos ni porque estaba en estado no me dejaba expresar me trató tan pero tan mal que no volvería , deben cambiar a los médicos de los consultorios con corazón de servir porque nada es gratis yo pago mi seguro y no es dable ni humano tener esos tratos , habiendo tantos médicos .

Long time patient of Dr. Cindy Cheung who is an excellent 10* doctor. She closed her private practice and moved over to NYP. Called to make an appointment and got a very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful receptionist, Tashana, who informed me that there was an 8 month wait to be seen. Instead of caring, she had the "not my problem" attitude. It didn't matter that she was treating for over 10 years, would be considered a new patient. Long time patient of Dr. Cindy Cheung who is an excellent 10* doctor. She closed her private practice and moved over to NYP. Called to make an appointment and got a very rude and unhelpful receptionist who informed me that there was an 8 month wait to be seen. It didn't matter that she was treating for over 10 years, would be considered a new patient. The receptionist couldn't care less and was reluctantly placed on a waiting list. Unfortunately, that is too long of a wait and it is time to look for a new doctor.

I went to this clinic for gynecological care with Dr. Rochelle Koenig. My primary language is Spanish, and although I understand some English, I always request a medical interpreter because we are discussing my health and medications. The clinic provides interpreters, but Dr. Koenig seemed annoyed when I requested one. On one occasion, Dr. Koenig said to me: ‘And if one day you go to Macy’s, how do you go to the cashier?’ comparing my medical care to shopping, which I found completely inappropriate and disrespectful. The doctors at this practice are horrible. Zero bed side manners, and they get annoyed when you ask questions. I was told to stop complaining about pain and was told that sometimes pain is “normal”. Thankfully I found a great doctor that listened and empathized with me but I did not find either of these two things here. Would never go back.
