Twice I called to make an appointment and was told I’d get a call back to schedule. We’ll never got a call back. Terrible customer service
I have been a patient at this Medical group for several years. I have noticed a decline in services in return calls and some doctors. No complaints with the respiratory techs ,medical assistants or front desk. However, leaving a message for a return call from your doc is not always possible. It seems it is never delivered!! Dont try calling the on call service- you will wait days to get through..... and you must be half dead to deserve a return call.
