WARNING! Very disorganized office. Made appointment in August. Confirmed last week via autotext. Arrived today and informed that there is no appointment and the doctor is not in on Mondays. When you stand-up the doctor, you owe them $150 for missed appointment of 45 minutes. When you spend 2 hours travelling to and from doctor's office and they stand you up, it's your tough luck. I have learned to expect bad service from WestMed but shocked that NYP is equally bad. Stick with Northwell Health, never a problem.

My pharmacy has been trying to reach the White Plains office to confirm the prescription for a while now. No response from the clinic staff or my doctor, Dr. Shari Ann-Savoy. Based on my experience, I do not think they care about their patients. If they did, they will respond in a timely manner that supports our health. I am a healthcare professional myself, and I know the importance of timely medical interventions to prevent decline in someone’s condition. Not to mention, the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional.
