I’ve been here a few times and have never had an issue. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, and the medical assistant was bubbly and incredibly nice—it honestly felt like I’ve known her all my life. RN Moore was amazing—helpful, patient, and never made me feel rushed. I’m so happy I found this place!
This is my second time going to this clinic location in Larchmont. Because I always go to the scarsdale location. The first time I went here, the staff on the front desk are not so nice and courteous, especially the one who makes the appointments… I just thought maybe they are just overworked cause it’s almost end of day. I’m shocked by the negative reviews! I love this place and I love the front desk women! I never wait for my appointments, and I’m always able to speak to someone on the phone whenever I call for help. No complaints!
The staff isn’t very friendly or courteous, mainly Brenda at the front desk. She is very sarcastic and rude. She seems to not care much about patient care. The doctors are also slow at getting back to their patients about healthcare. I will be seeking another doctor to assist me with my healthcare!
