I am not one to leave bad reviews but sadly this medical office lacks hospitality and respect, every receptionist I had ever interacted with at this location is always rude, the miscommunication between who picks up the phone for information and them is awful. The management team has to offer free hospitality training, in the 4th floor primary doctor’s office. I really do like my doctor here but just the thought of having to deal with disrespectful staff makes me want to change doctors.
