3 hour wait is just unacceptable even with an appointment! Doctors are never on time and you need to expect to wait at least an hour or two.

Got my tests results on the app and I see that some of them need to be addressed. My provider didn’t contact me. I tried to reach her and I couldn’t. (Which is her job to provide and talk about the results). I tried calling the front desk multiple times in different times, and they never answer. Therefore, I kept leaving voicemail, giving them the information about my situation. They never call back. This place is not an auto body shop.
