I used to come to this office years ago but I had stopped coming because the front staff was insufferable. That if I got sick then I would prefer to go wait at urgent care. But because of my insurance I had to get my physical done at this office after not getting one for years. I must say the new staff they have working there are AMAZING. Great experience, everybody is nice and approachable..
I am so disgusted . I have been trying to get a Renewal on a prescription left messages on the recording. Even spoke to someone said I will be running out in 3 days was told they will pass the message on..Still no Renewal. Tomorrow it will be finished. Well I had to take time off from work to actually go to the office and try to get my med renewed. I have only been coming here for a short time, but this is one of the worst offices I've ever visited. Not only is it almost impossible to make an appointment when sick, getting offered dates almost a month away, but often times will be told to just go to the ER instead. Further, when you do make it to the office and need to follow up on test results, the doctors do not call you back with them. I will then follow up on my own and after calling back two or three times will be told that there is no record of my request ever be... read more
