Very bad experience .i was keep calling from 3 days they never call me back .when i make appointment employee said u don’t need to come until is need to be see the doctor . My son need vaccine urgent and giving me November 14th appointment for annul and vaccine and dr Tanjin’s Singh need to see on annual and vaccine has to be done on that day. Very unprofessional behavior overall staff .very first time sees that kind of professionalism never recommend to this location as pediatric .

No punctuality. We were on the appointment time yet the Dr. was 53 mins late. This is unprofessional and unacceptable as people have other commitments during the day.

The nurses here were extremely unprofessional and unskilled. We brought our child in for blood work, and after two failed attempts, they still couldn’t get any blood. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed our toddler for having small veins. Seriously? He’s only a little kid—how big do you expect his veins to be? Aren’t you supposed to be the experts when it comes to children? After failing, the nurses suggested we take him to a hospital to use ultrasound for the blood draw. My daughter loves Dr. Chen. This clinic is clean and bright. The reception area is cater for children. It has a drinking fountains for small and big kids. The restrooms are spacious and clean and accessible for stroller and wheelchair. Plus the parking is huge with a grocery store neighbor. I highly recommend this place.
