The office is very well run and the receptionists are competent, friendly and helpful. They always have a smile when you check in. Dr Vollbracht is the best. She listens, is open to discussion about medication and followup. She is always on time and spends as much time as needed-I never feel rushed. All in all it's a very good experience.
Clean, friendly staff and very little waiting time. Love Dr. V and have followed her from the Bronx to Westchester and now to Queens!
