I can’t even begin to explain how poorly the front desk ladies treated my mother. They were so unbelievably rude and nasty to her all because she asked how much time til the doctor finally called her SINCE SHE WAS ALREADY WAITING 30 MINUTES. The doctor is great but wow the front desk service really absolutely ruins this place. I can’t believe she was treated the way she was, it’s absolutely unacceptable and no one should have to deal with people like that.
My first visit to this office and they were very nice to me because I wasn’t feeling well at all.
The worst place I have ever seen in the history of medical services, you schedule an appointment and then they call you to change the date over and over again... When I went to the front desk to make an appointment with a gynecologist for my pregnant wife, I was told that appointments are made on the phone, but when I called, no one seemed willing to help. Too bad service
