Dr. Cho never obtained an approval for my new medicine and stopped the old medicine all without an approval from the insurance company. I called and called the office. I left messages. So did the Pharm for over a month in a half. Just yesterday again after the Pharm called did she put in the old medicine. Still never getting an approval or even speaking to me. Love this office. One of the most professional ones I have ever encountered. Dr Tibaldi and staff are amazing. So recommend them.
I'm a patient of Dr. Huang and she's great, but the front desk receptionists are very much unhelpful. I called to ask about possibly moving my appointment earlier and the receptionist said there was no earlier time. Without even confirming the change, she moved my appointment to a later week. I went on the website to reschedule, and saw there was an earlier date available. Common sense and basic communication skills nowhere to be found lol.
I had an amazing internship at this medical office and everyday that I came in I saw first hand how amazing and hardworking the staff are. Everyone was extremely welcoming and it’s obvious how much care they put into their work and their patients. Everyone from the front desks to the medical assistants to the doctors are extremely kind and meeting them was a amazing experience <3
