The entire staff and nurses are professional patient and helpful. Kelly, the nurse in training, has a wonderful, calming manner. There was no wait and the nurses answered all questions no matter how simple with respect. They set the tone. Dr. Slotweiner is not only an excellent doctor, he is a genuinely good person who cares and spends as much time as you need to explain things. He a great doctor. Dr. Slotwiner is the BEST! Great Doctor who truly makes you feel at ease during stressful times with his confidence and knowledge. He also has a great staff at the hospital and the office in Fresh Meadows. I'm so glad that he is my Doctor.
I enjoy the attitudes of staff even before you get close to the nurses at the Reception Desk. You can see their smiles of welcome n not ignoring you. Their greeting makes you feel welcome ask me any questions. The front desk explains your waiting time if there is one. When the nurse comes out n call your name, you are greet with courtesy again.
