The front desk staff are efficient and proactive—they even called me when an earlier appointment became available and followed up promptly, which I really appreciated. The echo technician, Ray, was very professional. He clearly explained what to expect throughout the procedure, especially when applying pressure with the probe, and was very gentle, which made me feel at ease.
