Absolutely, mind-bogglingly horrible experience. It's almost as if New York Presbyterian is in the business of bad customer experience and PROFIT and zero to do with taking care of people's health. 1. They are short on primary care physicians 2. Our physician was booking 6+ months out for a physical, went on medical leave, our appointments were canceled with no way to then get our physical unless we switched doctors. This hospital is the worst you can’t even call and get in touch with your family member it’s a big game nurses don’t wanna talk to you they’re all burnt out the patient care is atrocious go somewhere else!
