Everyone at DR.ROCKERS OFFICE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND MADE MY VISIT SO PLEASANT.
Doctor rocker with thorough and made me feel at ease for my first visit with him. And his staff was happy and very Accommodating
To begin with Dr. Rocker's staff muffed up my original date, such that when I appeared at the office there was no appointment scheduled for me. I was quite upset, and walked out of the office without scheduling a new appointment, which I later did by phone. Another negative aspect of this visit was that Dr. Rocker verbally said to me very clearly that he would phone me on the Monday following my visit with him on Friday, Sept.11 to communicate results of the tests and a follow up. Recently I visited the New York - Presbyterian group Cortlandt Manor NY. I have been a patient there for more than 20 years. The staff is friendly, professional and provides excellent service. They make you feel welcome and take the time to listen to your concerns. They are one of the best and knowledgeable care givers in the area. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Melanie Goldfarb diagnosed a problem I've had for the past 4 yrs. going from doctor to doctor and she knew in 1/2 hr what was wrong with me. I'm on a special medication and so far so good....
