excellent care-
I got there 16 minutes late and was not aware of the 15 minute grace period for appointments as I was a new patient and it was not posted on my connect when I made the appointment or told to me when I called to confirm. Very upsetting as the wait for specialists are very long and I was driving up from the city. I was turned away even thought the waiting room was empty.
Always professional and extremely knowledgeable! I received excellent care, as always!
I saw the NP (Camille Shako). She was very thorough and knew my history. She reviewed my prescriptions and went over my bloodwork results. She gave advice, went over a pan of action, and adjusted some of my meds. She answered all my questions and was very personable.
