Very disappointing when you book an annual physical and the cancel the appoint only to push it 3 months back
The worst response team. No knowledge of policies and procedures by the staff who answers phones. No customer service what so ever. Defensive and rude. Professionalism is not anywhere in the picture. The best way to respond is to attack and have a “loud mouth manager” call you back and yell at you instead of explaining what the policy is and how to proceed following the law. Defensive means probably not that “clean”. The worst medical office I had to deal with.
LOUSY LOUSY LOUSY facility from the receptionist, office staff and doctors. This place will make you more sick or give you more problems and stress. They simply do not answer phones, they mistreat people, they talk down to patients, doctors come in unprepared for medical appointments despite you giving them all the information ahead of time.
Amazing team of doctors and nurses. Excellence and extreme professionalism across the board. Had to deliver during the pandemic and the team was outstanding.
