Disaster! This is second visit for seeing results of CT scan of my gallbladder. Someone looked like a medical assistant or PCT took me in the room and take vitals and ask medical history, which they are supposed to do at the first time! She insisted she called me names and I didn’t answered last time. The thing is that I have been here waiting for two hours, no body calling my names, I came to the receptionist, they told me to wait. The people were very pleasant. Also, I appreciate Dr. Chung taking the time to explain my situation, such as my treatment options. I felt well-informed about my medical condition.
