The doctors are good but the operators / receptionists are pretty useless in terms of comms and post-care follow-up.
Front desk staff gave clear instructions for check-in, was pleasant & professional. Medical staff was efficient & knowledgeable.
The doctors and staff were attentive and helpful. The waiting area in the back was uncomfortably cold.
I love Dr. Vincent Miccio in rehab medicine. Never judgmental, and always open to a creative ways to approach chronic, acute and other forms of pain. I had a thoracic spinal fusion and laminectomy after a smaller, unrelated practice botched a kyphoplasty in my T8. Dr. Miccio replaced my rehab medicine doctor, who went into cancer research, but he treated me prior to my surgery in February 2021 when he performed a spinal cortisone injection in 2019 so I knew I was in good hands.
