I've been coming here for 2yrs the front desk people are great Dr's are very good as far as making appointments I use the app they see you on time no waiting for hrs like so many other dr offices
The check out personnel in this clinic is on a whole new level of nastiness. The ladies that check you out and make follow up appointments are so unprofessional that it’s disappointing being that this is NYP. This old asian woman was so rude! If she wasn’t old, I would report her directly to HR. NYP you should re-evaluate these administrative sevices employees. Patients deserve basic respect. NYP do better!
dr. peters was zero help for my dementia father! i explained the mental health state my father has been in the last 2 weeks after being hospitalized for a month with 3 new found diagnosis & his words to me was “what’s the point of todays visit” then proceeded to tell me he can not prescribe meds & my father has to wait 3-4 months for a specialist appointment! completely useless human being & waste of a title of a doctor my father will never walk in that place again
Today was my first visit here, first time meeting my new PCP, Doctor Martha Anthony. The front desk person was very welcoming, polite and patient. Raheena,(forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) was so sweet natured, taking my medical information and running tests in a calm and relaxing way. She has a great personality!
