Had a wonderful visit with Dr. B - I dropped some serious news about my prognosis and she handled it so professionally, with a kind and sincere patience and compassion. Giving me plenty of time to ask questions and she made so many helpful suggestions. A wonderful doctor any patient would be lucky to have.
Edit: My review stands for the staff and the doctor but unfortunately we will not be going back because the billing is a nightmare and routine blood work like I've done dozens of times at other offices should not cost over $1,000 for myself and my husband. They were kind and waved it after numerous emails and phone calls but still...it's incredibly stressful and such a hassle. Went in for an annual physical, where the doctor here ended up giving me blood work outside the scope of the annual physical without my knowledge and as a result I now have to deal with a headache of a bill. When I fought this, they gave a weak excuse of how "they do this to everyone" even though it's not a part of the annual physical. They told me to send over the bill and they'd "see what they can do" before they proceeded to ghost me.
