Had a very pleasant experience at New York-Presbyterian Medical Group Brookly-Bay Ridge. The staff was friendly, professional, and respectful from check-in to check-out. The office was clean and well organized, and the doctor took time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed. Scheduling and follow-up were also smooth and efficient. I truly appreciated the compassionate care and would highly recommend this practice to others
