During my appointment with an orthopedic doctor my nurse who was an older woman with braids, I didn’t get her name, actually answered her phone and began speaking in a language that I couldn’t understand, it wasn’t spanish. It made me feel very uncomfortable especially because if I didn’t see her answer her phone I would have never even known she was on it because she had air pods in. I feel like at bare minimum excuse yourself from the room. Mentioned this to someone in blue scrubs but honestly not going back.
Lorraine who is one of the front desk associates is very rude
Unfortunately the front staff on one of the floors is typically rude with no clear, consistent guidelines and procedures followed. I usually don't feel welcome in this office.
