amazing staff
I was in the emergency room for 12 hours before any doctor saw me. No water, no food, and no medical attention. The staff was ordering food delivery while people were crying in pain. Pretty bad.
I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews. My partner had to go to the ER last night and I was shocked at how great the bedside manner of the doctor on call was (Dr Matt Nguyen) as well as the nurses. Living in New York, you don’t expect a good bedside manner from those in healthcare, especially late at night. I couldn’t recommend this ER more highly.
