This hospital used to be a good hospital NOW it's probably the top 5 worse hospitals in the city!! Absolutely horrible!! Bathrooms are filthy no toilet paper! No blankets no quilts staff was extremely rude! You ask them anything and they give u attitude and talk down to you. Rooms are dirty. As far as care i would give 3 starts and that's being generous! Hi avuto la mia bambina in questo ospedale, tutti molto attenti e disponibili. Sfortunatamente ho avuto un'infezione ai reni e vescica che mi ha riportata in ospedale dopo 3 settimane dal parto. Sono stata presa in cura dalla dottoressa Susan Cavender, ed altri dell'equip medica. Super disponibili e professionali! L'ospedale a super pulito e attenti ai minimi dettagli, cosa che ad un'altro ospedale elmhurst non ho trovato.
Today April 20 at 11 pm I came here cause I am felling good I have allergic reaction came from work I told the security that I’m not feeling well asked for my ID and another security told his coworker to bring somewhere upstairs. There were two people with me and the security started to bring us there and started to try the elevator and said something like it wasn’t working and it not going to 6 floor. The late night front staff were strict and cold, but the nurses, techs, and doctors were all kind, gentle, and informative. I had a tough situation with leaving early due to missing the last train and one of the male techs took one for the team for us. THANK YOU
I ended up in the emergency room from a bad reaction to medication on a Sunday when other healthcare options were closed. I was taken excellent care by the nurses and doctors. They accepted my sketchy off the ny network Anthem insurance, a major plus.
