I was placed in a hallway next to the nurses’ station for nearly the entire day. The staff here is truly exceptional. My 7-month-old had a severe allergic reaction, and I was absolutely terrified and overwhelmed. The team remained calm, compassionate, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire experience. This is the third time I’ve visited the ER (for different reasons), and each time, the care and attentiveness have been consistent. I’m so grateful—thank you!
ER is horrible and I understand that they are busy, but they are understaffed. After my daughter was seen in triage we waited 2 hours before seeing anyone. I will admit, it was not an emergency but she came in with a fever she had for a week. She told them she had not taken any medication. After 2 hours I had to go find someone to at least get her a Tylenol. She was a fortune one getting a bed as there were people sitting in chairs all over the ER holding papers waiting to be seen.
