I'm a nurse working during covid times, when my grandmother was in critical condition and my father needed a cell phone charger to stay in touch with family to notify of her condition. The security downstairs was not flexible and werent helpful at all. Instead of trying to get a nurse to come down to obtain the charger, they were only sitting around eating and watching baseball on the tv while i waited 2 hrs with no way to ease my dad's worry while grandma was in critical condition.
