stay alive---do NOT go there, this is second time we had a horrible experience --- first time (7 years ago) we were given another person's diagnosis! --- we went back yesterday because it is nearby HUGE MISTAKE... The first ER entrance area is open and not crowded (even if you cannot stand straight you must wait in line standing) and there you register thinking that this is the only wait (two hours) but there was 5 hrs more inside... Actually one of the worst ERs in the city. I came in for chest pain and ended up staying 14 hours. No communication from doctors or nurses. No desire to make my stay more comfortable (since I was functionally "admitted" overnight.) It's "busy" yet I see nurses/PAs standing around gleefully chatting about their upcoming breaks. Absolutely horrifying.
I've unfortunately been here on multiple occasions for various reasons and degrees of emergency. I've seen nothing but appropriate treatment and attention from the staff.
I’ve been waiting two hours in emergency, but nobody called me then what I have to leave nothing to do. This is called emergency medical?
