Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I visited for the first time as my usual ER was packed and I was attended right away. Got an IV administered and everyone was friendly and very efficient from the front desk to nurses, in particular Levy S.
Seething with frustration as I sit here still awaiting xrays requested from an urgent care visit. I’ve been here since around 8. It’s now 4:30 AM and I’m still waiting for some cat scans to be completed. I came in for an assault. They didn’t even give me a bed until I requested one after forcefully trying to get myself to nap in some random room they had me in. My neck and back hurt so much. It’s like nobody cares. If I could give it Zero stars I would give it ZERO stars. I was here myself last week and I was choking on my own vomit no one EVER came to check up on me. If you want things done you have to get up and talk. Now my mom is here she’s been here for 12 Hours and I had to threaten with wanting her IVF removed so that we can finally see someone. I am truly shocked at the different care my daughter is receiving in the adult E.R rather than the children’s hospital if I could give them no stars I would She just turned 21 and is special needs with multiple disabilities and she can’t speak.We came on a Friday afternoon noon due to her her seizure disorder and being in pain which I could not figure out from what.Sunday night we are still in the E.R and have been told several different stories about whats going on with her.
