☆☆☆☆ Brought my employee here for a medical issue. After the security check, we were left waiting for about 40 minutes with no communication and no follow-up despite asking for help multiple times. We finally left and went to another urgent care, where the problem was handled quickly and professionally. Very poor organization and lack of basic attention to patients. Avoid if possible.

quite literally one of the worst er. staffs dont care about you, all the doctors sucks. doesnt evaluate you properly, they also gave me cellulitis and kept me in the er for three days before moving me to a rooom

The absolute worst experience i’ve ever had at an emergency room. They do not care about their patients at all. Waited 5 hours for medicine to be administered while constantly telling them i’m in pain. My nurse dismissed me multiple times and put my IV in wrong twice to where half my hand went numb. I asked him if that was normal he said yes and walked away didn’t acknowledge me again after that until i told him to take it out which he was reluctant to do since he didn’t wanna reinsert it.
