New Way came and cleared a blockage from my sewer drain and cut through some roots that had been growing into it. Nick and Cody were prompt, professional, friendly, informative and efficient. They fixed the problem under and hour, and they were forthright in their pricing, waiting to do the work until after informing me of the costs associated with it and confirming I wanted it done. This company came highly recommended by a friend, and I will continue to pass along the recommendation.
Nick did a great job, it was a challenging task as the line was completely blocked but he worked tirelessly until our issue was resolved. He did a very professional analysis of the root cause and provided further insight on what steps to take to resolve this once and for all. I highly recommend him.
