Terrible service and customer service skills. New wave had set up a marquee for a close wedding party. Nobody could use the marquee as it was not fit for purpose and looked unattractive and nothing like the pictures shown. The floor was completely uneven and dangerous to walk on, to the point where we could not hold the planned event inside the marquee and instead had to make use of the surrounding area. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE Unfortunately, our experience with this marquee company was extremely poor from start to finish. Communication was difficult, and the service we received was nowhere near the standard we expected after booking with them. There were issues with the setup and the condition of the equipment, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress in the lead-up to our event. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They didn’t arrive during the proposed set up time and put up the marquee up without notice and our attendance. Once we saw it, it was completely inadequate and a poor excuse of a marquee. Floor was ripped, sides fell off, tables were broken and the table cloths were all different. When we called they ignored us for 2 days so we held the party at a different location. Don't use these guys. They will rip you off. Shoddy workmanship. Non existent communication. Didn't follow instructions. Abusive and rude owners. These guys should not be trading. Wouldn't even offer a partial refund. BE WARNED. Rogue Traders. Lost $4000 CAD
Had a horrible experience with these guys. We had them booked in for an event and they had zero contact with us. We tried multiple times over the past week to send them a message and have not heard anything back. They took our deposit and now are fully ghosting us after multiple attempts to reach out. Super sketchy business. Definitely don’t recommend these guys. Lesson learned don’t send over money without meeting the guys.
