Paid cash for a wash, got a receipt, yet the equipment wasn't working. I contacted NCW on FB messenger, we exchanged information & they mailed me a refund.
$4 gave me plenty of time! Please fix the hose to the dryer and make sure the spot free rinse works and I’ll give you 5 stars

Lost money several times owner will not return calls I won’t waste my time and money again The owner needs to sell the place to someone that will fix things the right way
Car was still dirty even after the $15 ultimate car wash. Wheels are filthy, sides still had dirt splotches on them that had to be removed by hand. Car also has watermarks all over. Husband is going to hose the car down. Shouldn't have to do that after a car wash. Not going back again.
