The staff is professional and helpful. My dog is very anxious and they handled him with kit gloves.
I could not have been happier with my experience. I saw them for an urgent issue with my dogs eye and after a bad experience at another hospital, the team at NVS was stellar. Highly recommended.
Our experience here was great to start, but quickly turned negative during our visit with the Dr. She was adamant our dogs issue was due to allergies even though we provided clear information of a potential injury/infection that occurred a few days prior. A culture was conducted on 2/23, I called back 2x on 2/26 looking for information to which I was told I would hear back on results by 3/2. Horrible experience turned amazing! The whole team from the front desk to the doctors on staff and even the after care team! Our sweet boy Freddy was in good hands the second he walked in the door! 24 hours later, he is back home on the path to recovery!! The cherry on top was I walked in for pick up and they handed me a refund of over $3,000.00! That rite there is honesty and integrity!!! Thank you from the Currys!!!
