Our experience here was great to start, but quickly turned negative during our visit with the Dr. She was adamant our dogs issue was due to allergies even though we provided clear information of a potential injury/infection that occurred a few days prior. A culture was conducted on 2/23, I called back 2x on 2/26 looking for information to which I was told I would hear back on results by 3/2. Amazing staff, clean, friendly environment and they took amazing care of our baby girl. Kept us appraised the whole way and costs were reasonable and explained in full up-front. Mutie is doing great thanks to this wonderful team!!
Horrible experience turned amazing! The whole team from the front desk to the doctors on staff and even the after care team! Our sweet boy Freddy was in good hands the second he walked in the door! 24 hours later, he is back home on the path to recovery!! The cherry on top was I walked in for pick up and they handed me a refund of over $3,000.00! That rite there is honesty and integrity!!! Thank you from the Currys!!!
