An animal hospital visit's rarely cause for celebration, but this time it was. I awoke to nothing but blood coming out of my dog's backside (sorry TMI) with a storm approaching on a weekend. I rushed him to NVS, and Dr. Johnson carefully listened, asked a lot of questions and calmly talked me off the proverbial ledge. Had to take my dog in today for an emergency. He needs surgery. They saw i was struggling to find the money to pay them. Jillian and Ann were great and worked with me to figure out how to get the payment upfront. Very helpful in a stressfull time. The entire staff from the receptionist to the nurses, to the Dr's are very friendly they worry about you as well as your pet. Thank you for all your help to me and Forest!

Everyone was professional, caring, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The care was excellent. I brought my male cat in with a potential urinary tract blockage which can be fatal. He is doing well.

We are so grateful to have such a wonderful emergency vet in town. After experiencing a very scary accident with our dog, we rushed him to NVS for emergency surgery. All staff and drs at NVS were so kind, communicative, helpful and knowledgeable.
