In January this year I was faced with the most awful every pet owner dreads. Sadly over a couple of months, Douggie lost weight dramatically resulting in a terminal illness diagnosis and he was put to sleep on Tuesday 28th January this year It has taken me till now to muster the emotions to write a fitting thank you for the support for Douggie and I received at this time. Such a lovely vet and always a nice experience for both us and our dog. Everyone that works there, all the receptionists and all the vets are so warming, calm and really supportive.
We have taken our Greyhound Jimmy to NVC for the last 5 years. He has had a lot of health problems/issues and the team always take the best care of him! We are always comfortable leaving him there and the communication from the vets and nurses is wonderful. Thank you for continuing to take such good care of Jimmy
The service, support and customer service at Newtown Vet Clinic has been fantastic for the past 7 years that we've been going. It's been extra helpful that the staff are aware of different animal needs and specialise in treatment options. Can highly recommend them for Greyhound doggo support especially; thanks to Dr Katie❤️
