When I first moved to Geelong I tried a handful of clinics so can pretty confidently say Newtown is THE BEST. This is due to the excellent medical knowledge of the vets and nurses, the kindness of the vets and nurses (I'm blown away at the kindness of the awesome vet nurses over the years), lovely reception staff and the smaller size so they staff know you and your pet. In January this year I was faced with the most awful every pet owner dreads. Sadly over a couple of months, Douggie lost weight dramatically resulting in a terminal illness diagnosis and he was put to sleep on Tuesday 28th January this year It has taken me till now to muster the emotions to write a fitting thank you for the support for Douggie and I received at this time. Such a lovely vet and always a nice experience for both us and our dog. Everyone that works there, all the receptionists and all the vets are so warming, calm and really supportive.
We have taken our Greyhound Jimmy to NVC for the last 5 years. He has had a lot of health problems/issues and the team always take the best care of him! We are always comfortable leaving him there and the communication from the vets and nurses is wonderful. Thank you for continuing to take such good care of Jimmy
