I had a great experience! I loved how both receptionists greeted me, they were super friendly and welcoming. The office is very clean and neat, which I really appreciated. The doctor didn’t talk much, but he got the job done efficiently. Overall, I’m happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back for my regular cleanings!

I admit that he is a good and skilled doctor, but I don't understand why if you don't want to treat me, just tell me straight, but he keeps declining and saying he'll call but never calls. I have to call him myself. I received a letter asking me to do it but I still get rejected. I called Inchoran and he put everything in the computer for me. It's not that I just assumed. My mom went in for consultation for her gums and Dr. Cho just gave her a referral to a periodontist. No antibiotics, no pain relievers, nothing. He didn’t even provide a proper evaluation regarding her condition, just told her to maintain proper oral hygiene. Didn’t like the doctor at all.

I don’t even want to give a star. I booked an appointment, I confirmed it and when I was there they told me I dont have appointment??? And told me I was rude when they call?? When ?? You the lady on the front receptionist or whatever, you were rude. I had never encountered such an unprofessional behavior. You guys are scaring your customer away. Good luck with that. And I will suggest people to not go where they don’t value their customers and time.
