Staff are rude and uncaring. So much so I'm changing doctors.
I just had my gallbladder removed on the 29/5/25 went down to the GP today to get my dressing changed they asked me to call the district nurse I have to walk up to newtown hospital tommorow to get it done am still in pain and I have to walk up there it a disgrace I am putting a complaint in tommorow about this

There amazing with my kids but when I got about my mental health they don't care at all they just assume I fake it or say I haven't got anxiety
The only decent receptionist is Rebecca there is couple that's rude and stuck up and lie to you when ya ask them to get something done and they didn't no respect at all .this Drs is terrible I lost my medication this morning and got a reference number off the police to be told no after them sending me back and forth and to be told no by Dr tan and being accused of lying from DR tan saying im taking more than prescribed and now I'm gonna go through a week of no sleep all because Dr tan has got his head up his own backside
