The physicians and office staff are compassionate and caring. They go out of their way to make sure my family and I are taken care of. Would highly recommend.
I had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff and medical assistance were very friendly and helpful. The physician's and Nurse Practitioner's spend the appropriate amount of time and seem to really care. I was there several times over the last 3 years and only had to wait up to 20 minutes at the longest. Keep of the good work!!! Thank you.
I haven't had a bad experience in this office. I called for an appt complaining of shortness of breathe and an awful cough. I was scheduled for an appointment the same day, had a clear diagnosis, and was sent home to relax. The following day the office even called to check on my status and make sure I had started the medication.
I never even had the chance to be a patient here due to the fact that they lost the only hard copy of my medical records in existence. Not only did they deny that they had lost them, they kept me waiting for three months before finally admitting that they did in fact lose my records. I am now having difficulty finding a new doctor to perform a necessary operation on me because there are no records that define past issues.
