I called the surgery first thing in the morning and spoke to a staff member named Lamees, whose tone and attitude were very abrupt and unkind. I struggle with my mental health, and her rudeness made me feel even more upset and uncomfortable. I was simply trying to get help, but instead felt dismissed and disrespected.
