Dr Fiona was wonderful, as well as the nurses that assisted with my newborns 6 week immunisations. Made me feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the process.
Pretty bad customer service from the receptionists. As soon as entering the door they do not guide you, greet you or even make eye contact to welcome you. This has happened a few times already. Hope they bring their admin service up to par with their doctors.
Very disappointed with the service at this clinic. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance through reception, only to receive a call the day before saying the doctor I booked with isn't taking new clients. At no point during the booking process was this mentioned, and there was no proactive solution offered when they informed me—just a last-minute cancellation. This wasn’t the first issue. I've seen Dr Rachel Driscoll and Dr Kesh. Rachel was excellent with my knee injury, as she has a specialist sports background. Dr Kesh is really knowledgeable and generous with his time. Although the clinic is expensive and its hard to get an appointment, if you can get in with these two it is worth it.
