I am a firm believer in having a good working relationship with my GP. Having moved to Geelong I needed to find a new doctor. A friend recommended NMC. I visited the practice and the receptionist paired me with a doctor she felt would suit me. I made an appointment and attended the consultation which was impressive, professional and thorough. I look forward to a long professional association with my new GP.
Absolutely terrible - stay away. They have extremely poor judgement and deceptively use placebos to treat pain - which is extremely unethical and inappropriate. On one instance they made my child wait for 4 days, in pain, because they didn't believe she had a UTI. I guess the smell of a UTI, daycare workers saying she had a UTI, and her gripping herself and crying wasn't evidence enough. We had to get the lab results before they would give her antibiotics. Had iron infusion here - smooth process all round and I was monitored closely and felt comfortable throughout the process. Thank you Carly & Subba for your kindness it’s much appreciated☺️
