Have been a patient for quite some time and experienced two very good Gp’s. unfortunately one retired and the other moved to a practice on the Bellerine. My new experiences have been pretty disappointing with the loyalty and empathy in what appears to be now a pretty expensive practice to deal with.
Dr Fiona was wonderful, as well as the nurses that assisted with my newborns 6 week immunisations. Made me feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the process.
Pretty bad customer service from the receptionists. As soon as entering the door they do not guide you, greet you or even make eye contact to welcome you. This has happened a few times already. Hope they bring their admin service up to par with their doctors.
