I’m a 44 year old female who has had congenital hearing loss for 10+ years but had never been educated on my options or the condition itself until meeting Dr Bobbitt. Not only did she perform a thorough examination and test, but she sat down with me and patiently explained where my deficits are, what my options are and how each option would affect me. Amazing experience with Dr. Bobbitt! The visit was personally referred to me and I am very happy I went for a thorough hearing test and evaluation. She was kind, caring, and professional. I have been experiencing tinnitus and hearing loss for many years and it was great to hear her options for me. I also appreciated that she didn't try to pressure a decision but shared my test results in a way that was easily understandable and left me room to evaluate and talk things over with my family. Wow. I was totally impressed with throughness of the hearing exam. Very detailed. The doctor explained what all that meant. She is helping me with my tinnitus symptoms as well. This is a great hearing doctor.
My 87-yr-old mom and I have had a wonderful experience at Newtown Hearing Center. Dr Elisa Bobbitt is incredibly kind, patient and professional. She truly advocates for my mom and her hearing needs. Mom is wheelchair bound, but always feels welcomed and cared for … it means a lot these days to be treated with dignity and concern. We highly recommend Dr. B. and her hearing center (plus it’s so convenient to mom’s assisted living home)!!
