Too cramped and small...Very disorganized stored and not great customer service..Sad to say..but save ya money and go the Koreans @Beauty Supply next door to Petco
The customer service sucks. If you hate your job, close your store. The guy and his wife gets angry when you try to exchange products or try to make choices. The attitude is a real turn off. You're not the only store in Middletown. Stop being so angry and treat people with respect.
It was ok as far as hair stores go. I was interested in crochet hair but they did not have the length or color I needed. The owner tried to help find the short length I needed but their crochet hair was for those who like it 12 inches or longer. If you are looking for hair products they have you covered. Like I said it was ok.
