I dealt with a super kind and honest mechanic. I rang before work to see if they could service fix and warrant my car, and it was done by three pm the same day. They understood I couldn’t answer my phone during the day and only made contact by text, then when the car was ready they liaised with my friend to pick the car up while I was still working.
