Overall horrible experience, poor communication skills and very unaccountable.
I had a virtual therapist last year who went on maternity leave and then I never heard back from her. She also highly recommended Dr. Woodal as a psychiatrist, which reflected her as a therapist and Newtown therapy as a whole because Dr. Woodal rarely answers messages, emails or calls. I had no medication left and it took me 2 days to get a hold of him so that he could call my pharmacy and refill it… I had missed one of our virtual appointments and tried to reach out and reschedule and never heard back. That was in July…
