I’m giving this score because of the reception mistake. They were supposed to schedule my appointment for an hour, but they scheduled it for 30 minutes. When I arrived, the dentist told me that and said she couldn’t do the rest of the job she was supposed to do. I went to the receptionist and told her that I couldn’t come another day, and she didn’t do anything. I had such a lovely experience at Bupa Dental. Today, Emel and Fiona did my root canal treatment and filling, and they were both absolutely wonderful. They were so kind, friendly and caring throughout the whole treatment. They made sure I felt comfortable and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. Last year I came for a check up on my tooth as it was shaking. The dentist (dr ahmed) had asked me to bite down hard and I was hesitant as my tooth was shaking and I didn’t want to bite down on it. He began to tell me “I’m the professional I know what I’m doing , you can do it by urself if you don’t want to listen to me”- he had said smthing along these lines. It’s been a year I don’t rlly remember but I remember him not having an ounce of empathy towards me.
