As a first time customer and international student (on Bupa’s Health Insurance), I wanted to get a consultation. The receptionists were helpful but the dentist (Dr Ahmed) was quite hostile when I explained about limited budget to cover a mouth guard (which would be $600) for nocturnal bruxism (teeth grinding). And was not helpful in suggesting any alternatives strategies and told me that it was not his job to talk about stress. Dr Iden Mahmood is an incredible dentist! So lucky for his attentiveness in catching the early signs of gum disease as it was still preventable. He took great care in scheduling me in for additional screening and at no extra cost. Also did a fantastic job at fixing my partners teeth. Very thankful to have such a good dentist around when living in Newtown, can’t recommend him enough!
