Terrible experience. Will not recommend. Receptionists are not effective for handling emergency calls. Always different people answering calls, no continuity. They have automatic charges that are not clearly stated.

This is the worst company I have ever had the experience of dealing with, workers were rude and hung up multiple times over talked me and refused to listen before hanging up multiple times

As far as employment absolutely not worth the biweekly pay. Lot of miscommunication between "supervisors" about protocol and procedures. Very rude leadership who suggest you write down the date and time of every conversation with every supervisor ( whaaaat .... ) AND " Google" how to fix technical issues that you have had to deal with over a month and complained about to three different supervisors .... also the issue involved me not being able to see the message I was typing but its supposed to be answering service ? We have been using Newtown Answering Service for many years to answer our "After Hours" calls and to make daily "Wake Up" calls to our employees who have early jobs. They have always done a great job with relaying all of our messages to us via text and email and making sure our employees are awake and ready to work.
